To create a pin you will need to call our toll free number (+1 877-659-4470 ext 1 then 4). Let the customer account advocate know you would like to setup a PIN. The agent will ask you a few details to locate your account then verify some details. Then they will request a one time access code to be sent to the cell phone number on the account. Once you get that code let your agent know. Then you can set a personalized PIN.
Do I need my PIN to call support?
Yes, to access any existing case you will need your Personal Identification Number or PIN.
I forgot my pin, what should I do?
To reset a pin you will need to call our toll free number (+1 877-659-4470 ext 1 then 4). Let the customer account advocate know you would like to rest your PIN. They will send a verification code to your email, phone and may ask for a copy of your drivers license or identification card. Normally the process of a standard verification the a few minutes. A advanced verification can take up to an hour.
