When you call into B Tag Inc you are routed to your Team of Experts (TEX) they gather your information then use a if this then that (IFTT) system to determine how to route the call. For instance if you were calling for Technical Support your Expert may ask for your First and Last Name along with your Phone Number incase you get disconnected. Then you may be asked if this is a new or existing case. If a Guru is available they will instantly route the case. If not, They may document some additional information then take a message. Then your transcript is passed to our CRM (Customer Relations Manager) who automatically triggers the Order Desk (OD) to assign a Advocate. The advocate will instantly see the case is intended for a guru and pass it along.
